These terms govern use of OpenCocoon™ and purchases from our store. By visiting the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms shown at checkout.
Products and information
OpenCocoon curates physical recovery equipment fulfilled by third-party manufacturers. We work to keep descriptions, specifications, prices, availability, delivery estimates, return terms, and warranty summaries accurate, but manufacturers may update them. The terms supplied with your order control if they differ from a summary on our site.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for inventory, pricing, payment, address, fraud-prevention, shipping-eligibility, or compliance reasons. If we cancel after payment, we will issue the appropriate refund.
Pricing and payment
Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and available payment methods are displayed at checkout. We may correct errors before fulfillment and will contact you if a material correction affects an order.
Delivery and access
You are responsible for providing a deliverable address, accurate contact information, safe delivery access, and an installation location that meets manufacturer requirements. Freight service does not include indoor placement or installation unless confirmed in writing.
Returns and warranties
Returns and warranties are governed by our published policies and the applicable manufacturer terms. Contact OpenCocoon before sending equipment anywhere.

Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, OpenCocoon is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from site use, delivery delays outside our control, improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
