  • Lumara: charges and timing are shown at checkout. Inspect the parcel promptly and report damage or an incorrect item immediately.
  • Red Nova Lights: free standard shipping is listed for US orders. Some products cannot ship to PO boxes.
  • Fire Cold Plunge: shipping cost is calculated at checkout and current supplier rates vary by destination and carrier. Orders typically dispatch in 1–4 business days, average transit is 1–2 weeks, and residential delivery scheduling and liftgate service should be confirmed before ordering.
  • RevX Wellness: free shipping is listed. Orders usually ship within two business days unless noted, with estimated transit of 2–7 business days from California.
  • Durasage Health: the supplier typically ships the two-person infrared sauna in about two business days. Delivery cost is calculated at checkout and transit time varies by destination. Inspect every carton and report visible damage to OpenCocoon within 48 hours.

Before you order

  • Review product and packaged dimensions, weight, and carton count.
  • Measure doors, gates, stairs, elevators, hallways, and turning clearances.
  • Confirm power, drainage, ventilation, outdoor placement, assembly space, and maintenance access.
  • Confirm whether service is parcel, curbside freight, liftgate, threshold, or another level.

Receiving oversized equipment

Inspect packaging and equipment before signing a delivery receipt or discarding cartons. Photograph visible damage, note it on carrier paperwork when applicable, contact us immediately, and keep all packaging until inspection and testing are complete.

Installation and assembly

Installation is not included unless the product page or a written quote says otherwise. Some equipment may require two-person handling, assembly, a qualified electrician, plumber, contractor, or local permit.
