Shipping policy

Shipping and delivery

OpenCocoon recovery equipment is fulfilled directly by the manufacturer. Shipping availability, charges, methods, and estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout and may vary by brand, configuration, destination, and inventory.

Order processing

After payment is authorized, the manufacturer prepares the order and provides shipment or freight-scheduling information when available. Processing and transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Parcel and freight delivery

Red-light panels may ship by parcel carrier. Cold-plunge systems may ship by scheduled freight. Freight service can be curbside or liftgate only unless a different service is confirmed in writing. The customer is responsible for safe access from the delivery point to the installation area.

Address and access

Provide a complete deliverable address and accurate contact information. Before ordering, measure doors, gates, hallways, stairs, elevators, and turning clearances. Some products cannot ship to PO boxes or certain destinations.

Delivery inspection

Inspect the shipment before signing. Photograph visible damage, note it on carrier paperwork, contact support@opencocoon.com immediately, and keep all packaging. Failure to document freight damage promptly may affect a carrier claim.

Delays and changes

Inventory, weather, remote-area service, carrier capacity, and appointment availability may change an estimate. If an address change, cancellation, redelivery, storage, or refused shipment creates a carrier charge, that charge may be deducted from any refund where permitted.
